Ridge also has personal real estate investment experience with income properties. He currently owns a duplex, a four unit as well as a vacation Airbnb | Homeaway rental property.

Personal
After graduating high school, Ridge proudly served his country in the United States Navy on board the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower. In addition to being a member of the REALTOR® Associations (Greater Portland Board, Maine Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors), Ridge is a more than two decade member of BNI (Business Network International) and a previous BNI State of Maine Member of the year. For many years Ridge was most notably known as “Coach”. Ridge coached Portland area youth baseball, travel teams, all-stars, youth basketball, and PAYSA youth Soccer. Ridge was also a director for local youth asketball program as well as serving on the noard for bayside little league for many years. Ridge is also a former Portland Board of Realtors Director.
